Campaign has already raised more than her entire 2002 campaign
Portland, Maine – Senator Susan Collins today reported that she had raised $4.564 million as of December 31, 2007 with a cash on hand total of $3.913 million. The announcement came as the campaign filed its FEC report for the fourth quarter of 2007 (October 1st – December 31st), which showed that she raised $963,073 during that period.

The Collins for Senator campaign has raised a total of $3.6 million during this campaign cycle and retains $3.1 million cash on hand.

PORTLAND, ME—Senator Susan Collins’ reelection campaign has filed its first quarter Federal Election Commission (FEC) report, which shows that she raised $832,075 in the first quarter of the year, bringing her cash on hand to $1,203,690. The report also shows that her campaign expenditures were only $64,042. At the same time, Senator Collins maintained her perfect voting record in the U.S. Senate.

PORTLAND, ME—Senator Susan Collins’s reelection campaign today released fundraising figures for the second quarter of 2007, which ended June 30th. The campaign announced today that it had raised more than $1.26 million for the quarter and that it has more than $2.3 million cash on hand. The quarter figure is believed to be a record for Maine political fundraising.
