Arctic Campaign Wreath-laying Ceremony

Senator Collins took part in a memorial service and wreath-laying ceremony in honor of the Maine Merchant Marines who lost their lives during World War II.
The ceremony took place at the Arctic Campaign Memorial on the Eastern Promenade in Portland.
More than 3,000 men and women lost their lives during the Arctic Campaign, from 1941-1945.
